COOL! I think they're pretty. WOuldn't you need video though, if they were spinning?
I dunno. But at least I wouldn't have seen all 195 standing motionless like metal soldiers moving across the landscape!
I swear, in all the dozens of times I've been up there over the last three years, never once have I seen them all still. I asked a couple folks at work and no one else has seen such a thing either.
